what motherboard to get? my old pc is pentium 4 2.4ghz

  hey ..which motherboard is cheap n good ?
  
  my p4 system , the mainboard's capacitator is gonna blow
  
  the motherboard brand is Asrock P4i45GV
  
  i need a motherboard that have AGP slot n IDE connection ( from dvd rom to hdd)
  
  wad motherboard to buy?? im so confused when looking at the brands

  I suppose you are going to keep the processor?
  
  If so, you need to get a motherboard that supports Socket 478 processors.
  
  A list of motherboards that support Socket 478:

  Google the motherboard brand name + model number to read reviews and see if it supports AGP. Most motherboards don't have AGP slots now. IDE slots are still available.

  What is the problem you are facing?
  
  How do you know it is the motherboard capacitor problem?
  
  If you are mistaken, you can change motherboard but still end up with the same issues.
