Help MY keyboard not working

  am using wireless hpkybd.
  nw using on screen keyboard...
  
  hw....juz nw my comp hang....so i restart...twice....then kybd cannot use.....help
  
  the misc keys like volume....eject button all can use.....but nt the letters
  
  hw....

  unplug the bluetooth connector, then insert again?

  switch off bluetooth and switch it on again.

  using sum usbbluetooth tingy...unplug already still same

  got another usb bluetooth port? if have, try changing to there.
