Need help on removing the sign

  have circled in red the sign on the top right.
  
  wanna know how to remove it, and don't let it load once i on my lappy..

  go find out wad is the application name, then go run, msconfig, startup.. then go find that application and uncheck it lo.. then it will not run on start up unless u open it..
