why is it my laptop keeps prompting me 'please connect your device to the computer' even though i have already done so.
any idea?? -
nobody owns a creative zen player??

simpler way is go microsoft website, do an update where it scans your computer for necessary drivers....choose the drivers you want and dl.

easy.. try the computer self detect.. then try to let the computer automatically search the driver, normally it will detect the driver. Worst come to worst intall the driver manually thru a disc provided by your mp3 provider.
Shld have one if you buy the whole set.. -

the system prompts, 'cant find the necessary driver'.
i inserted a disc provided by creative. but the system cant find it. -
download and install the creative driver of their website.

problem solved after updating the windows media player 10.
