Help Needed

  My Com running windows xp have 1 problem many program that will (last time) appear in the taskbar with the start button appear in the background but does not appear in the taskbar i try running the msconfig and disable all and renable all again but those program still wont appear in the taskbar but they are running in the background this problem happen 4 a week le... help plz hope no reformated is needed...

  Ah, this problem. Lots of solutions, but apparently, only works for some.
