keyboard problem?

  okay so i'm playing this game that needs many keys of the keyboard to be pressed down at the same time. and so, my keyboard can't seem to work properly. it reads some keys and ignores others i pressed.
  
  'm using a laptop btw. my desktop is working fine. any way to solve this? plus is it possible to change the keyboard of a laptop? sounds troublesome.

  Try restarting your laptop. If it doesn't work, your keyboard is spoilt.

  Woot another fellow music game player. Are you on O2Jam or DJMax?
  
  Anyway, for laptops, the only solution I can think of is to use a external PS/2 keyboard if your lappie has a port for that, or a USB one. But for the latter, most would only allow 6 keys to be pressed simultaneously.

  no it's not spoilt. it was like that when i bought it alr. like not really sensitive. didn't spill anything or dmg it somehow. sometimes when i press the same key twice fast, only one letter appears. lag? lol

  Yup, it's due to non-sensitivity. If it's lag, the second keypress will appear at a later time (like 1 - 2 seconds later).

  Not sensitive enough... nothing to do with lag.

  Basically any desktop keyboard can be used as an external keyboard for your laptop. Maybe the word "secondary" would be more accurate to use than "external".
