  dl the new version of real player,
  then when installation select the option to dl video from internet
  
  then everytime u open a youtube video,
  it will pop up asking u whether u want to dl the vid

  If you're using FireFox, download this plugin called "VideoDownloader"
  
  when u surf to a page that shows flv files, like youtube or megavideo or google,
  
  click the button on ur bottom right and it will tell you the download link.
