Any one knows how to disable this apparently useless program from running all the time and the consequences?

this process is for ur Windows Live Messenger
when u chat with ur fren, u noe besides typing words, u can oso use the whiteboard right (for drawing)
ya the journal reader is for that -
Personally, mine is not running because I disabled Sharing Folders.
Tools > Options
On the left hand side, select Sharing Folders
Untick Use a sharing folder when I drag a file into a contact name in my contact list.
When it prompts to share, just click No and tell it to remember. -

me go do now. just noticed its a new exe being on so wanted to see how to get rid of it since it seems ot be useless -

anyway the problem is its ok even when i not using that function. or even using msn other than as background process -
