  Don't tweak your registry if you don't know how... I'm not responsible if your PC can't boot up... please use the utility by Nirsoft.

  If don't want to use the utility...
  
  1. Open IE7.
  
  2. Click on View > Explorer Bar > History.
  
  3. Click on Today.
  
  4. Right click on the Link and select Delete.
