  actually it doesnt really matter whether you are in starhub or singtel. Both are mostly owned by temasek holdings.

  Starhub is partly owned by STT communications and mediacorp, both are subsidaries of temasek holdings.
  
  And do i need to remind you that temasek holdings is fully owned by the government of singapore?

  my singnet plan is pegged at 3500kbps.

  SingTel better than Starhub. StarHub always fail to deliver the top speed. SingTel at morewilling to give more bandwidth. In my view la.
