I'm sure most people would know about QQ messenger (mainly for china users). Are any of you guys able to signup for a QQ account??
I have tried several times to sign up only to end up with error messages such as "Operation timed out" or "Illegal access". This is absurd. Is singapore banned from using QQ.. ?
Anyone could provide me some guidelines or tips on how to create a QQ account? Or perhaps could someone be kind enough to create an account for me? My email is [email protected]
