[Taiwan] A policeman notices a 19 yr old girl, and decides she is indecently attired (specifically, her short skirt), and gives her a stern verbal warning. The girl gets annoyed, and gives him attitude. The short-tempered cop decides her attitude is unacceptable and places her under arrest; the girl resists arrest; the cop loses his cool completely and violently uses his military-trained martial arts to subdue and pin the screaming girl onto the ground, Brazilian JuJitsu style, for several minutes before hauling her off to the police station. News of the incident has sparked public criticisms that the cop used unnecessary and excessive force on the unarmed-and-nondangerous 19 yr old girl.
