and furthermore, those who go from poly to uni has a much stresser uni education as compared to those who go from jc. This is because although some of the modules are necessary and cannot be skipped. There is also not really enough time for them to do IA or Student Exchange or any other special things in Uni. -

I guess my best one pales in comparison. Only silver in Singapore Chemistry Olympiad. Damn! No Asian Chemistry Olympiad!
At the end of the day, it's still the A levels that count.

I got 18 pts for O level yet i ended up with a 2nd upper honours from NUS and a M.Sc from NTU.

In my academic life, I get A+ here and there..but mean nothing to me.
The proudest one I ever got was 50% for microbio. I fought for every points, attended every class, consulted lecturer here and there. Yeah..it was a good fight. After I passed, I bought a bottle of wine and went to see my lecturer (a doctor in his 60s) and said I wish not to see him again -
