  Hi! We are doing this survey to see how much you know about Nikola Tesla and also how interested you are in knowing more about him for our groupÂ’s Project Work. Kindly help us out by responding as accurately as you can to the survey by selecting only one option for each question.
  
  1) How familiar are you with a person by the name of Nikola Tesla?
  a: Not at all b: Do know him by name c: Do know about his scientific works
  
  2) How well do you know about the transmission of electricity in our daily lives?
  a: Not at all b: Do know the technical term by name c: Do know the technical term to some extent d: Do know the technical term to a large extent
  
  3) How well do you know about the usage of electricity in our daily lives? a: Not at all b: Do know it is being used c: Do know it is being used and basic aspects of its working d: Do know the workings behind it extensively[/b]
  
  4) How often do you do academic work that is relevant to the transmission of electricity?
  a: Not at all b: occasionally(defined as once in every few months) c: As part of my studies
  
  Nikola Tesla was responsible for the invention of the induction motor and the polyphase system, which is used to generate power in all of the power stations today, which in turn powers all our electrical devices such as television and microwave oven
  
  5) Below is a list of 3 methods that we would be using to showcase Nikola TeslaÂ’s works on electricity. Rate the level of interest you would have in learning more about him through these activities :
  i) An anime series on Nikola Tesla that highlights some of his discoveries.
  a: Not at all interested b: Would watch at least the first episode to find out what it is about c: Would be interested in watching the series to the end
  
  ii) An E-portal that would contain very comprehensive information on TeslaÂ’s works

  it would be better if u use online survey system such as surveymonkey.com.

  Yea will pm you all once the thing is done.Tried using the survey monkey, but due to the wording of the survey it wouldn't display in the correct format.Thanks again to those who have responded.
