If it is possible, download endnote.
You can do referencing and also read the abstract from it. My PhD friends just connect to pubmed and read it off there... If useful then put it in the endnote library and you can use it for referencing.
Pubmed is the largest collection of medical journal, virtually all the major journals you need is in it.
Except all the really small and useless journals. Those with low or little impact factor not worth your time.
If you need more journals, just read a good review journal and copy all the good reference from the back!
