Holistic Report Card Testimonal

Anyone got a guideline on how to write it?
Our teacher call us to draft out one for him so that he can refer and write it as mine in the Holistic Report Card/Testimonal thingy. -
just write all the good things you have done, anything you want to bhb about, and everything you think good about your own personalities in point form
Then make a passage from it -
I wrote a CV earlier this year too!
I try to tell you what my teacher asked us to write about.
Erm there was, how you are able to cope with your studies, blah blah.
How youre able to work in a group and at the same time able to work independently.
How you and your friends/classmates bond.
Your personality.
actually she told my class alot leh. But I threw away the paper already. Paiseh. but I can give you a suggestion You ask your friends abt your good points. then you tell them their good points. Trade lur Jiayou! -

- Achievements
- Character
- Contribution to the Institution
- Participation in events
- Leadership -

He's extremely good in saying his strong points.
but anw, i've written one earlier on and i've written:
my achievements in school,
personality,
character,
CCA rankings,
contributions to school, CCA and society,
strongest subject- if you're a arts/literature kind of person, or science/maths kind of personal,
what leadership role do you play in school,
your attitude towards studies,
are you a friendly person
err.. that's what i could remember -
hmms, just throw some truths into it, but to magnify it and make it seem so extremely important. if cannot BHB, as what i've stated in my previous post, write if you're most incline in arts/lits or science/maths. it'll also do. and whether or not are you actively participating in school events ( those boring celebrations ) and are you a caring person towards society ( back it up with your CIP ).Originally posted by Y_Shun:no good points...i feel i am a no-life person, shld have organised some sports session with my friends lat time!

But simply, just magnify the things you've done -
dun forget to list ANY community work you have done. its a deciding factor and looks impressive.

Damn...I left out quite a num of things in my 1st draft...luckily still a draft..only wrote my character and left out CIP hours..leadership position..competitions..bla bla
