  Society oblishes higher educations . Student have to find jobs immediately , if there are no jobs available , how will wages be adjusted so that those who want jobs can find them

  Jobs = High demand but low supply. Supply can only increase if wages are depressed so he can hire more within his budget, or willingness to spend on labour costs.

  higher education is a merit good.
  
  if students have to find jobs, and there are no jobs(e.g. sudden increase in supply and very low demand)
  
  wages will have to drastically reduce so those who want jobs can find them
