Places to study.

Other than the usual fast food restaurants and libraries, still got other place to study?
Heard that the airport is a good place but I thought they don't allow studying there? So which part of the airport can we study at?
Cannot study at home.
The temptation to use the computer is too overwhelming!

in sch classroom, library, canteen, study area
i prefer to study in sch u cos i will study better than in home clothes
when in sch u, i will have the "feel" to study

I feel that the environment at shopping centres or fast food restaurant is really not conducive for learning. It's loudly, noisy, and everywhere seem to be a distraction.
Best place for me to study will be at home, because I can sometimes refer to my notes and guide book if I don't know. School is also a best place to study. Especially after school, most people would have gone home and the class will be empty. -

I need to use the lappie often when I was studying, hence place which are quiet, with power points and internet access are important.

me ah, i go my condo's study room. with my laptop. with wireless access..
or i go coffeebean/starbucks. pretty good, i could do alot of work there. -

Some school will have night study for people like me and you who don't like to study at home.
Like my school, every mon, wed, fri will open til 9pm de... for certain room or you also can book air con room... -
just get wireless on the go and you are connected to the net at all time and places in singapore.

national library level 5 or 6, got a study room or rather area, sometimes got people there, but all in silent mode to study
changi airport mac can study, but when alot people they will chase u away, experience with my gf before. and if its like almost full, whole area can get rather noisy -

yah if ur area is near the airport, probably it's more conducive. But to me, at home is still the best, unless i'm studying maths whereby I need a group discussion in case i can't do some questions.

Study group... anywhere ok... it is not the place, it is you and so you must have friends to help discipline each other. BTW people like you shouldn't try to "study" you should just do lots and lots of ten year series questions and if you come across a question you cannot answer, then find the answer from the text book!
