Failure to plan is planning to fail. Discuss how important is this to the governements all around the world.
So how to go about write it?

I wrote about being pragmatic forward looking, the british welfare state, excess freedom of speech, excessive openess to the global economy( volatile economy), and meritorcracy which results in widening of income gap.
these are just the main ideas which i have written. can or not? -

so did they plan or not plan? if not planning is planning to fail, it means they planned. on the other hand, this makes the statement erroneous in stating that they did not plan.
given that the question is flawed, inaccurate and fails to make sense, no answer can be given. -

The problem with the mass media is that it is government controlled. The main point is the media do report the truth, but a one-sided truth. One example would be the recent report that hawker fares did not raise because of GST. This, we know, is the half truth. We know too that certain hawkers do reduce their servings, which in fact decreased the value of the meal, while we the consumers continued to pay the same amount.
The government controlled media reports the "truth" that government wants us to know, and uses words in such a way that will portray what the incumbent wants us to think. -

This topic in general is talking about making plans to achieve an objective, however planning comes in different forms, you can use mind-mapping, fishbone diagram, able to evalute SWOT, etc. Without all this consideration, confirm you will fail. -

all the TS needs is to know the basics of this planning and how this planning is used for the government related stuff.
I.e, i have mentioned abt mind-mapping, fishbone diagram and SWOT in my previous post, he can uses this points to elaborate.
For example, the government will need to get facts and figures and control the manupulation of the prices in the country to maintain a steady economy and currency.
planning a good transport infrastruture, etc.
Most governments are like giant MNC, doing business with one another and this is still SALES..
