Don't eat french fries. They are poison. Contains transfats, along with carbo, a deadly combi.Originally posted by Darkness_hacker99:Show how Singaporean can make correct choices to prevent possible ill effects.
1. Try to include health food in fast food.
2. Ask for plain water, milk, or fruit juice.
3. Ask for more vegies in burger.
4. Don't eat fast food too often.
5. Educate Singaporean about the calories and other nutritional value of each fast food item.
6. Ask eagle, from what I know, he's very health conscious.

Fast food is defined as foods that are cooked in advanced; they are usually cooked in bulks, and frozen. Fast food can be easily cooked; they are usually deep fried and are unhealthy. Fast foods are mostly high in salt content, and high in trans fat, high in cholesterol. Fast food are made to last long after cooking, therefore, preservatives are added into the food so they can be stored for a long time.
Since it is high in salt content, fats and cholesterol, all of the fats, salts, cholesterol, are bad for health as it spoils the body, too much of this cause the ill effects to come in, in the same time, degrading our health. Fast food are made by cooking together, that means deep frying together, deep frying contains lots of oil, which can cause very bad ill effects.

The most important thing is to have a balance of protein, carbs and fats. Do note that not all fats are bad; there are many different types of fats. In addition, vitamins are vital to our bodily processes, hence we need to ensure that sufficient amounts are taken
Consumers need to be better educated on what goes inside their food or what they eat..bla bla...Originally posted by MyPillowTalks:ok, so i have the points, how am i going to relate it back to the question
