  i gave the paper with english essay formats to my fren liao
  u ask too late
  
  however i think i can rmb some things like...
  for school-based report
  
  To: Position of person (eg. Principal)
  Name of the school
  
  then got the date, heading, content, signing off but dunno in wad order
  
  for police report... i forgot liao
  these r the 2 most probably coming out for sec 3
