  OE and EA is on the same line.
  
  And there is a common EC.
  
  If the OE is (5/9)OA, it means that EA is (4/9)OA.
  
  Therefore, comparing the length of the line, I can tell that
  
  Area of ACE divided by Area of OCE = 4units/5units = 4/5
