Tricky problem

Find a 1 decimal place place number for the number 3 - 4 (eg. 3.1, 3.2 to 3.9 only) that when multiplied by EITHER 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3 gives a value of betwwen 4.1 to 4.16 .
Condition 3.2 and 1.3 is out - i solved it

closest values i get are : 3.2*1.3 //4.16
3.3*1.2 //3.96
3.4*1.2//4.08
3.5*1.2//4.2
3.6*1.1//3.96
3.7*1.1//4.07
3.8*1.1//4.18 -

If you are free enough, you can permutate everything to find an answer.
3.1 * 1.3 - one possibility -
Without using permutation,
4.16 / 1.1 = 3.78
4.1 / 1.1 = 3.72
No 1 decimal number only between 3.72 to 3.78, hence none of the permutations can include 1.1
4.16 / 1.2 = 3.467
4.1 / 1.2 = 3.4167
No 1 decimal number only between 3.4167 to 3.467, hence none of the permutations can include 1.1
4.16 / 1.3 = 3.2
4.1 / 1.3 = 3.154
So the only possibility here is 3.2 * 1.3
