Marinetime flag

  Can anyone tell me what the hell is a "Pilot Jack" Flag in Singapore context...?

  Is it a "Pilot flag" which is to signal that the vessel requires a Pilot vessel? Or

  Is it a "civil jack"? Or

  Is it a "Civil ensign"?

  More importantly, how does it look like?

  There's a book of flags in Popular. Off hand, I can't recall. Maybe SBS3625D will know. And a couple of those from the Navy.
