need help on excel

  how do i write on vba when

  1st i need to verify there is text on the highlighted boxes before closing and saving the excel.

   

  2nd, how do i only allow step 1 to step 10 in order without allowing user to skip any step in advance.

   

  anyone able to help me?

  how to lock excel so that you are unable to "save" and "save as" just able to open and read only then print.
