  2) Domino's pizza, buy Large pizza, get Regular pizza free

  3) Pizzahut, But 1 regular pizza, get free 1 regular Hawaiian Pan Pizza

  4) New York New York's Birthday platter (mussel, chicken, rib + etc)

  I think I'll use 1, 2, 3.  The NYNY free platter, not my favourite and would incure huge damage if I were to dine at NYNY, so probably I'll give it a miss.
