The poor woman victim (now in hospital for severe smoke inhalation, that also significantly increases her cancer risk) that was almost burnt alive to death, and also her unit that was set on fire, wasn't even related to the loansharks, or the target of the loansharks! The loansharks just chose a random unit to set on fire, while leaving an O$P$ message scrawled on the wall with the (next block!) address of a guarantor (whose friend borrowed $2k from the loan sharks and ran off, and the guarantor refused to pay on behalf of his ex-friend). Because of the irresponsible borrower, guarantor and loan sharks, an innocent woman was almost burnt alive to death. The police should charge all 3 parties, with the most severe imprisonment penalty especially for the loan sharks (including the runners who set the fire).

Cops (whether SPF or worldwide) hate it when the perp runs, it gives them extra work to do just to chase the perp, and severe penalties if the perp manages to escape. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for women's self-defence is an excellent idea (though here in Singapore women are relatively safe compared to literally everywhere else in the world). Though ideally, Japanese Ju-Jitsu (which works beautifully one-vs-many, while BJJ is undefeatable one-vs-one) should also be learnt.

When you watch these photos, bear in mind America didn’t do any harm to Russian people. Actually America saved Russians several times. For example, Americans saved Russians from starvation in 20s after Bolshevik revolution (see “American Relief Admninistration�). Later Americans saved many Russians from starvation and possibly from defeat during WW2 (Lend Lease). Without American help Russian losses in the WW2 could be much higher (possibly several millions more Russian soldiers and civilians would have died without American food, gasoline, steam locomotives, automobiles etc). Americans never invaded Russia, never bombed Russian cities, never annexed any Russian territory. Amazing ingratitude and irrationality. I think this behavior can be explained by envy and resentment. Subconsciously Russians understand that they are inferior to Amerians, that Americans are better in all respects.

Every church I know claims that ‘we are the true church’ – that they have some ultimate authority, ‘We have the infallible Pope,’ We have the Bible.’… The idea that the truth of God can be bound in any human system, by any human creed, by any human book, is almost beyond imagination for me.
I mean, God is not a Christian. God is not a Jew or a Muslim or a Hindi or Buddhist. All of those are human systems, which human beings have created to try to help us walk into the mystery of God. I honor my tradition. I walk through my tradition. But I don’t think my tradition defines God. It only points me to God.

Now this right here, is total bullshit. Moral relativism (including free-thinking humanism) is ethically, rationally and spiritually superior to moral absolutism (for which religions and all associated harm are based on). Morality is an illusion (and an often harmful one at that), and black-and-white, good-vs-evil, right-vs-wrong, are oversimplistic notions for the simple minded, the naïve, and the misguided religious. With non-judgementalism, mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual acceptance, instead of mutual persecution, mutual hatred and mutual destruction, becomes possible. Make (non-judgemental) love, not (judgemental) war. Life then becomes richer and more meaningful, infinitely.
