Amos Yee has been bailed out by Christian family and youth counselor Mr Vincent Law on Tuesday evening for Sg$20,000, reported The Straits Times. Mr Law, 51, said: "I'm a Christian and it seems that the charge said that he made disparaging remarks against Christianity. I'm a Christian and I'm stepping up to say that I'm not offended." The counsellor added that he hopes to counsel the teenager.
Under what conditions will the bail money be forfeited? If the counselor thinks Amos is just an innocent naïve kid who made a silly mistake, rather than a self-thinking* adult with strong personal opinions he will stand by to the death, then it is the counselor who is in for a rude disappointment.
* Roy Ngerng, Amos Yee, Chee Soon Juan et al, are just making use of each other for common overlapping goals. Amos isn't an innocent unthinking puppet.
Not just the Christian counselor, but all those who have been saying, "Amos is just a poor naïve little kid, all this isn't fair to him" are the ones who are truly naïve. -

Hi just a question if I were to take S3N maths leaving Science (Physics/Chem) till O level, will I leave a big gap in mathematical gap for Physics and Chem (Theory I am fine I can read on my own)?

Next time, start a new thread on the forum, instead of posting it on the Homework Crapbox thread (which is meant for Crap, not serious questions seeking advice).
If by fine you mean a pass grade, then yes, you can catch up on your own (if you're willing to work hard). If you want to score an A1 grade for your O levels though, you will need tuition to bridge the gap (for both Math and Science). -

Unless you're a psychopath, all humans (even those who hate spiders) would feel some degree of sympathy and empathy for the spider, because no one likes being slowly eaten alive and dying a slow painful death. -
On the one hand, there's definitely an element of cruelty and sadism in these videos (and some karma for those involved in such setups), in forcing 2 beings (even if they're just insects) to fight each other to the death.
On the other hand, watching the fierce combat tactics of these insects as illustrated painfully by these videos, does invoke in humans a new found respect for the insect kingdom and their capabilities. Human MMA has nothing on these fierce insects.
