#2 yet is also an act of corruption or abuse of power
#3 hence he did not actually commit any crime legally speaking
#4 but he can still be impeached (ie. fired as president) for it

Malaysia's bumiputra policies (including the upcoming BETR2.0 which may exacerbate racial tensions even more than existing bumiputra policies) are racist and ultimately self-sabotaging to Malaysia's racial harmony and hence overall progress. We should help those who are poor and in need, regardless of their race, ie. the Singapore way. Compare the racial harmony in Singapore versus Malaysia, it's not only obvious which system is fairer, but also obvious which system has proven more successful for a country's progress.
Qn : If bumiputra policies are bad for Malaysia, why does UMNO perpetuate these policies?

[Singapore] - 4 year old girl beaten up daily by stepfather for over 2 months, doctors find 29 injuries on the girl, including a broken rib and a fractured arm.
On Nov 16, he scolded the 4 year old girl for scratching the scabs on her hand and ordered her to go to the toilet.
He scolded her again when he found urine in the toilet. He then used a slipper to hit her repeatedly on the head, causing it to bleed, and repeatedly slapped her on the face. He also punched her.
When he found the victim smearing the blood from her hand and head on the toilet wall, he assaulted her.
He bit her arms, pulled her hair and kicked her abdomen, causing her to fall backwards.
He then punched her face and strangled her.
He continued to punch her chest and twisted her arms.
The victim cried and laid on the ground in pain.
When he shouted at her to stand up and she did not, he jumped on her chest at least four times, breaking her ribs.

It's pretty cool how DC's Legends of Tomorrow actually references both Star Trek "Can't we fire photon torpedoes or something?" and Star Wars "We go out for one lousy drink, and you guys somehow managed to pick a fight with Boba Fett!" in the 1st episode alone. Marvel does this (reference pop culture) as well, but not as frequently as DC, notably The Flash.
Someone actually searched through hundreds of TV dramas, and found a 20-TV-dramas-meta-loop, eg. a DC movie mentions a Star Trek character, a Star Trek movie mentions a Marvel character, and a Marvel movie mentions a DC character, etc, but the loop expanded to encompass 20 different TV dramas in this YouTube video :
