Mahathir is no better than Najib, both are bad for Malaysia, just in different ways. And regardless of Mahathir or Najib (obviously Najib will remain in power, Mahathir is a has-been), Malaysia will never be able to catch up with Singapore, because of it's entrenched racist government policies. If Malaysia treated all races equally and fairly like we do here in Singapore, Malaysia will rapidly progress to catch up with Singapore. But it'll never happen, because votes.

Yes, I've figured out how he did the trick, but I give due credit for the both the genius design engineering behind the trick (let's assume Will Tsai didn't just perform it, but actually came up with the design concept and engineered the required apparatus as well), as well as Will's consummate showmanship. That he dared to 'teleport' the coins without use of covering cards at the end of the trick, revealed his daring showmanship (upping the stakes), his skillfulness (he did it so fast, it really looked as if he bent the laws of physics to teleport the coins), as well as provide (several, actually) definitive clues on how the trick is done. All in all, still a top-class act from Will Tsai.

Poor girl, her body still hasn't been found. And solid detective work by the local police and/or FBI (who are involved because the victim Zhang Yingying is from China). There's nothing more frustrating than knowing who did it, but being unable to prove it. They're dealing with a cunning perpetrator here, who would have very nearly gotten away with his vile crime of abduction and murder, if not for the police or FBI investigators either tapping his phone or planting a bug, that recorded his unwitting admission to a friend.

China (the government, more than the citizens) may be the fastest rising power economically and militarily, but they're pushing their luck too far. With East and South China Seas, they refuse to discuss territorial disputes, only arrogantly stating "This is China's territory, end of discussion". Now they're doing the same with India and Bhutan. "This is China's territory, end of discussion". Bhutan may be peace loving, but nuclear-armed India is no military pushover. China is ambitiously pushing its luck on too many fronts, hostilely risking conflict with too many countries simultaneously.

[Singapore] - A man was pinned down by police officers at around 3am today (Jul 2) outside a McDonald's restaurant at Rivervale Plaza after allegedly acting aggressively towards diners and staff.

Stomper KS had arrived at the location to get a bite to eat when he saw people running out of the restaurant.

He asked them what was going on and found out that a man had been creating a scene inside.

"They told me that he was going around challenging people and shouting at them and that he even hit a few of them," said KS.
