If the business concept works out economically (ideally for couples where the guy and girl are both gamers), all well and good. If not, the required PC upgrades (especially graphics card) every 6 months or so (to remain cutting edge) will continually bleed the hotel. But no doubt the hotel has tie-ups with local (ie. Taiwanese) PC shops and/or manufacturers to swap out PC components (especially graphics card) every 6 months or so for step-wise upgrades, minimizing costs.
