[Singapore] - Use of cruel glue-traps kills innocent birds painfully instead of rats (the original targets). Even for rats, it's unnecessary animal cruelty.
Most traps have food items placed in them as bait, to effectively ensnare and immobilise unsuspecting pests.
However, the adhesive doesn’t kill them immediately. Instead, many animals starve and die after getting caught.
Sometimes, they even chew away their limbs in a vain attempt to free themselves, only to have their skin, fur or feathers ripped out from their bodies as they struggle.
The cruel and painful nature of the trap has alarmed animal rights groups such as ACRES and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA ), who consider it an inhumane way of dealing with pests.

This is yet another reason why Singaporeans should be more grateful for Singapore... and also why anyone planning to visit or live overseas, especially in the more dangerous regions (sure everywhere else is relatively more dangerous than Singapore, but relatively speaking, there are many regions in the world, where criminal gangsters are more heavily armed than the local police), should take precautions such as sensible behavior (ie. always be accompanied in groups), learning at least some defensive MMA, etc.

That anchor is one big loser! The way he was defending her looked like he wants to impress her and get laid by her. Lol there is a thing called equality as well and the guy just felt what he had to do, call it a mistake but still that response seemed legit in some way. The girl shouldn't slap him in the first place. I feel sorry for the guy coz almost all of them turned against him, suppose if she stabbed him then also you all expect him to just stand there? Like seriously this is sick!!!

Karma did what is needed to. That victim guy (Ravi Bhatia) is now an established actor in Indian tv serials and that host (Akash Beri) who beat him up, is now begging for work but not getting it.
