Chan Sek Keong daughter died of cancer several years ago.
Isabel Chan died several years ago and Chan Sek Keong was worried about his luck and he donated part of his wealth for more good luck and huat.

Professorship made possible through a donation from Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong and Mrs Elisabeth Chan in memory of their late daughter.
Unfortunately now his wife Mrs Elisabeth Chan and his another daughter are also suffering from 3rd Stage cancer.
Chan Sek Keong is very down now and a few law students saw him crying alone.

Lowest demand (so-called 'lousiest' schools) = lowest enrolment = merge to save resources. Very common at secondary school level, first time in history of Singapore for JC level. The fact that more secondary schools now offer IP is also a contributing factor. -

Upon reaching home and watching the video, he was shocked, horrified, disgusted and offended that it was actually 2 guys having gay sex.

Quite easily the most unethical, immoral, karmically heinous, downright insanely stupid so-called tradition, still practiced in some (horrendously unevolved) communities in some countries to this very day (going on for centuries involving countless generations of helpless victims), involve the force-feeding of fatty milk to little girls until they vomit, then forcing them to drink their own vomit, while breaking their fingers one by one to force them to drink the milk, the vomit, and to use the agony of finger breaking to distract them from the agony of the milk force-feeding and vomiting. This happens day after day, week after week, month after month, until the slim healthy girls become morbidly obese with high cholesterol, high blood pressure with diseased hearts and livers, thus becoming 'sexually desirable', according to the stupid, archaic and downright evil tradition, which continues to claim innocent and utterly helpless victims today. Imagine if you were born as a girl in one of these communities, and are completely helpless against this atrocity.

Problem with incidents like this, is that racism and xenophobia too easily surfaces not just in the accusations occurring in the original incident, but as well on social media comments, breeding further hatred, racism and xenophobia.
Regardless of the real nature of the original incident (which took place in 2015), the Filipino YouTube uploader chose to label this as "Singaporeans looking down upon Filipinos" and soon the visitor comments include hateful racist & xenophobic comments against all possible groups : Singaporeans, Filipinos, Chinese and Malays, apparently because the angry man in blue shirt is thought to be Filipino by some viewers (because of the manipulative YouTube uploader labeling of the video), but thought to be Malay by other viewers.
Notice that both the man in blue shirt and the Chinese auntie both claim to be Singaporeans during the altercation (what most likely happened, is that the man in blue shirt became upset that the Singaporean Chinese auntie allegedly called the China Chinese driver 'stupid', so this incident likely has nothing to do with Filipinos at all), yet the Filipino YouTube uploader deceitfully and manipulatively claims this video illustrates "Singaporeans looking down upon Filipinos". An example of social media perpetuating and giving a new life to the hatred, racism and xenophobia.

Both medical doctors (Dr Daniel Neides and Dr Zubin Damania) may furiously disagree with each other, but I agree with both of them, ie. they both make valid points. As with almost everything in life, it's not a simple case of right or wrong, black or white. It's more a matter of pros and cons, risks versus benefits, and making informed choices (philosophical musing : or can there really be such a thing?).

So the 2 women 'assassins' were indeed pitiful innocent women duped into carrying out the assassination after all, while (Malaysian CCTV evidence shows) the real North Korean agents quietly observed the entire assassination just a few meters away. Even if they're innocent, the 2 women's (one Vietnamese and one Indonesian) lives are now over, permanently ruined. Even if they don't get the death sentence, they'll be jailed for life. Bloody heartless North Koreans, sacrificing the lives of innocent civilians unnecessarily like this.
