SO IS COMMUNISM OR SOCIALISM THE WAY?
The govt has already taxed the rich to subsidise the poor. Do u know in Singapore, those earning less than i think $20K don't need to pay taxes at all? Of course dont talk abt GST but even GST is paid mostly by the rich bcos they consume more luxuries & expensive goods etc.
In other first world countries, the poor are humanely treated. But in communist countries, people are living even in greater poverty! Look at China for eg before it opened up. Look also at North Korea now. A famine there while the leadership & dictators enjoy luxuries!
