I just bought GNC Weight Gainer 1850 and I've only taken it once. Should I just keep on taking them everyday until I finish them (one cup per day) or only after my roller blading session? Btw, I don't do weights because of my working schedule :/
I heard from the lady also. But because I only roller blade once/twice a week, so I don't know when I should take them. She said "take daily provided you got do excerise" But since I workout once a week, so I take them once a week? n besides exercise doesnt only mean only doing cardio or aerobic activities...u have to do weight or resistance training cause by doing cardio or aerobic exercise ONLY u r merely using up the calories in weight gainer..Motive of weight gainer is to gain weight

my suggestion is to lower the amout of powder to add but at same time increase yr amt of food u take especially high protein n carbo food...if u take wieght gainer but dont have good meals it will be useless...the most important is to have heavy enough n nutritious meals...
weight gainer is a SUPPLEMENT n its meant to supplement wad u eat not replace
