cos milk contain lactase(is it this spelling) which is good when u r sleeping.
it release protein slowly when u r sleeping unlike whey.
basically it taste just like chocolate milk (my protein powder is chocolate favour). quite nice.
just feed some protein to my body before sleep as it's the time where our muscles are "repairing and building". protein is the building block.
