Doing 2 body parts per day....today i tried doing back n bicep...
after i do back, i have absolutely no strength left for biceps zzzz anyone got this prob? Is it i overwork for my back exercises? How come ppl can do 2 body part per day but i cant?

Perhaps u shld try training biceps first b4 training back.

do dumbbell rows lor, it trains both back and bicep.
I always believe in starting with compound exercises first as it need more energy to be expended on it.Isolations should be done later as it does not involve so much muscle groups and therefore requires less energy.
