for good mornings its hard to ensure the lower back is not "rounded" and i dun realli feel my ham strings and the related muslces involved after trtying out with 20 kg barbell.. am i doing ti wrongly??

to make sure back is not rounded, always look infront(like what is shown in the picture)when doing the exercise.This works for my romanian deadlifts as well.
