Raw Eggs. Take both the egg white and yolk together.
Raw, undenatured protein is far superior to cooked, denatured protein. And 60% of the protein is in the white, 40% is in the yolk.
If you're worried about the fats and cholesterol from the yolk, don't worry. If it's raw, the fats and cholesterol is *good* for you. Only if it's cooked, then it becomes very bad for you (eating cooked fats and fried foods causes cancer in the long run).
