hiya, i've been jogging and doing hiit every 2-3 days.
if im jogging, then i would jog around the reservior for around 6km, if im doing hiit, then i would do sprinting for around 10mins. my weight afew weeks ago is 60kg and that has been maintained for around a year unchanged but recently, i've checked my weight, it shoots up to 65kg.. so instead of losing weight, im gaining weight. am i doing anything wrong?
