Yup, But premier league experience will be good for him. He will gain from the experience coming up against better teams and good defenders instead of those average type in the League I sides.
Newcastle, as big as they are, they only have 4 strikers including their youths... and with Michael Owen out for the season, Obafemi Martins injured for the next few weeks, Albert Luque a disappointment, all they are left with is Foluwashola Ameobi who himself is not even a reliable or experience forward.
So i see Rossi getting a lot of first team matches otherwise united wouldn't have let him go. This loan deal also give united a chance to assess how he can perform in the premiership.
