Here we round-up how United's raft of loan players fared over the weekend...
Ben Foster kept his first clean sheet of the season, pulling off some fine saves at Watford held Martin O'Neill's Aston Villa to a goalless draw at Vicarage Road.
Jonny Evans scored his first goal for Royal Antwerp, netting after 25 minutes at KV Oostende. The hosts drew level almost immediately, however, before hitting a late winner to inflict Antwerp's first defeat of the season. Fraizer Campbell and Danny Simpson also completed 90 minutes, while Darron Gibson is still carrying a knee injury.
Phil Bardsley was sent off for two bookable offences as Rangers lost 2-1 at Hibernian. Lee Martin completed 71 minutes for the Gers before being substituted.
Tim Howard's Everton were held to a 2-2 draw by Wigan at Goodison Park, despite twice taking the lead. David Moyes' side slip to fourth in the Premiership as a result.
Chris Eagles was booked on his full debut for NEC Nijmegen. The Dutch side were hammered 3-0 at Heerenveen, and are next to bottom in the Eridivisie with just one point from the first four games.
Giuseppe Rossi was an unused substitute as Newcastle won 2-0 at West Ham through goals from Damien Duff and Obafemi Martins.
Gerard Pique is yet to make his bow for Real Zaragoza. The young Spaniard warmed the bench as his side scored twice in the second half to seal a 2-0 win over Real Mallorca.
Adam Eckersley was an unused substitute in Brondby's 2-0 win over Esbjerg. Rene Meulensteen's side remain second in the Danish Superliga as a result.
