Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon insists Jose Mourinho's side have yet to reach their full potential as they prepare for Sunday's showdown with Manchester United at Old Trafford.
United go into Sunday's Old Trafford showdown three points clear of champions Chelsea and their clash with Sir Alex Ferguson's side is already being billed as a possible title decider.
But Ronaldo believes that while United have improved from last season, the Blues have not moved forward. "Chelsea are about the same as last year," added Ronaldo. "Andriy Shevchenko and Michael Ballack haven't changed them in terms of their superiority to everybody else.
"They have to work harder to win games and they only just do enough to win.
Jose Mourinho should have Michael Ballack (calf) and Didier Drogba (ankle) fit after they were hurt in the Champions League defeat by Werder Bremen. Frank Lampard will return after missing the Bremen game through suspension and Ricardo Carvalho has recovered from an ankle problem. But Salomon Kalou is still sidelined with a medial ligament injury.

hope i'm proven wrong.. but i think Chelsea will win this one..at least on paper.. IMHO, Man Utd doesn't have capable enough team to beat them, as good as Saha, Carrick and Evra is, they are not in the mould of Dorgba, Sheva, Mekelele, Terry or Ballack, the problem is not just this season, over the last couple of years Man Utd had been having serious problem buying players, its either the player didn't wanna come, Man Utd and selling club having valuation differences or Chelsea half way potong Jalan, however the good thing is there is a mid season transfer window and also we're 3 pts ahead of them so even if we're to loss this match we'll probably be level with them on points.. hope i'm seriously wrong on this one...

Man Utd must also be careful in giving free kicks to Chelsea outside penalty box. Man Utd keep conceeding stupid goals from free kicks this season already. And Chelsea's free kick are quite good as well.

Mourinho calm over injuries
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is confident Didier Drogba and Michael Ballack will be fit to face United in Sunday's Premiership blockbuster at Old Trafford.
The Ivorian striker and German midfielder picked up an ankle knock and a gashed calf respectively in the Blues' Champions League defeat to Werder Bremen.
However, Mourinho said after the game: "Ballack's injury is nothing special. It is just pain. The opposing player put his studs on his muscle and it is just painful.
"Didier is the same. He has a pain in the ankle, but it is nothing serious. Normally, he will be fit enough for Sunday."
Despite suffering defeat in Germany, Chelsea still booked their place in the knockout stages of the Champions League and remain atop Group A with one game left to play. -
