SAF is eating the humble pie, is this the calm before storm?

HI All,
everytime, I read the news, SAF is really humble, giving respects to other teams such as Gunners/Chelsea/Liverpool.
Somehow I feel that this wily old fox is trying to lure Chelsea..
On the other end, Mourniho is blasting that the title race isn't over..
it is only 5pts lead. I think another Keagan in the making???!!! -
Seriously its only 5 points... if we all get too happy now, we may end up having eggs on your faces... So its good to be humble for now until its confirm cos Man u got quite a few hard games coming up in the second half of the season...
Away to Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea too not to mention... are no easy games, points will be drop in these fixtures.
And also away to Portsmouth, Man City & Aston Villa are tricky too... so lets just jeep our fingers crossed and hope they continue their good run.

yes, but it seems this Jose guy can't stand it behind another team,
and the longer MUFC keep on this run, I believe it will tear him apart.
let's see how it goes, at least it is not as boring when MUFC needs to close a 10+ pts lead. -
with man u ahead the EPL will be more interesting.

A 9 point gap would not mean its over too when there is still half of the season to go... Newcastle was once ahead by 15 points and they still lost. there are still 21 games (premiership alone) left to play. thats a staggering 63 points on the table.
what is 8 points?
anything can happen.
man u still have to visit stamford bridge and teams like liverpool, arsenal.
fatigue, injury and the other cup competitions will have major effect too. -

I think SAF is firmly on the ground, and getting Larsson, an old head, and with Park, Smith and Ole coming in, I do believe SAF will do squad rotation, esp RB where GN needs rest.
Furthermore, with old heads such as Giggs, Scholes and Larsson in the team, I don't think the team will lose their focus and commit sucide. -

And, at the launch of Manchester United's official 850-page Opus, Ferguson provided the perfect response to Mourinho's jibes.
"We will only be in trouble if we listen to Jose too much," said Ferguson, whose side are looking to prevent Mourinho emulating the Scot by becoming only the second manager to preside over three successive English title wins.
"I won't be letting the players fall into the trap of thinking it's won because all we have done is given ourselves a foundation. There are many hurdles to be navigated in the run-in.
"To win the league, you have to have great consistency, particularly around March and April. Historically, we have done okay at that time of the year.
"All championship races are difficult, but the real test comes on the run-in when any mistake can cost you everything.
"That will be the test for us. I am sure it will be ourselves and Chelsea but I am sure we will last the distance." -

SIR Alex Ferguson was in good spirits as he launched the biggest football book ever - the 850-page Manchester United Opus that weighs in at 80lbs and costs £3,000.
Fergie, delighted Arsenal held Chelsea 1-1 on Sunday, took the mickey out of his new fiercest rival when a call on his mobile interrupted him last night.
"It's Jose," said the Old Trafford boss.
"He's panicking." He even had positive words for Arsene Wenger. "Arsenal were a bit lucky," he said. "But I must agree with Arsene Wenger for once, only once though, Arsenal's back four were so young I don't think anyone expected any more from them."
He also accepted Chelsea's financial clout may make them Public Enemy No.1 instead of United. "I think it's the first title race when neutrals back us," he said. "It will take me a long time to get used to that, but I'm working on it." -
