ronaldo bemoans the lack of technical skills in the EPL. he reckons the physical nature of of the premiership means there are hardly any technically gifted players.
england came in for criticism during the world cup for their lack of technical ability compared to teams like portugal and italy.
i agree with him fully.

"Why can't they use forks, spoons and knives?"
And then when he goes to China..
"Why can't they stop using enlarged toothpicks!"
Frankly speaking, being physical and getting you goals is football, being technical and getting you goals is football.
Same game, different playing style.

the EPL are in fact the worst among the top 3 leagues. (italian, spanish, english)
the reason why they are so attractive to the general mass is because of the language used and aggressive marketing.
EPL players should learn to dribble more instead of passing immediately after receiving the ball.
if you have noticed EPL players like to pass the ball to the wingers, even if they are right outside of the penalty box. it is a impractical way of playing.
why do they keep doing it?
when one-on-one against the goalkeeper many fail to score. why?
most of their crosses are poor. why?
many miss clear sitters or shoot totally wide. why?
its all because they are poor in technical skill!!!
there are way more dribblings, good ball controls, fantastic goals, beautiful crosses and passes in the spanish and italian league. -
