Drogba lays claim to the title

Chelsea striker Didier Drogba claims that Sunday’s developments in the title race have given them a “psychological advantage” over United.
After twice coming back against Everton at Goodison Park, with Drogba grabbing the winning goal in a 3-2 victory, the Ivory Coast striker thinks that even though United hold a two-point lead Chelsea now hold all the cards.
“We have shown we have what it takes to be champions again and I think Manchester United know it too,” he was quoted as saying in several national newspapers.
“United must have been thinking at one time on Sunday that the gap was going to be eight points but now it’s only two. I believe it was the most crucial day of the championship race.”
UnitedÂ’s lead has gone from nine points to two, but the initial gap was a false indicator as Chelsea had games in hand. In truth, in the last six games the Blues have only picked up two more points than the Reds.
What the weekendÂ’s results have done is to ensure an interesting few months ahead. And while United have proven to be the better side so far in the league, that form must continue if Sir Alex's men are to prove that again in the second half of the season against a Chelsea side not lacking in confidence.
"Of course there are many games to go, many matches to be played and many points to be won or lost,” adds Drogba. “Now though, we have the psychological advantage. United can see we are there, right behind them, and we are ready to be champions again.” -

after chelsea's comeback win against everton the pundits agree that chelsea are no longer a boring team. they showed a lot of character.

I think Jose and Drogba have together throw the gaunlet down on every EPL team that they will meet till end of season that they will just walk all over them.
I do believe some teams will have the character to deny them.

like what Vidic said in his latest posting, the impt game will be in Jan, when Chelsea meets Gunners in Emirates Stadium, or similiarly when MUFC meets Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
but eventually, whoever get the most wins win the league.
now, talking about the title is so premature, only the two goons are capable of. -
drogba likes to talk big? its not like we are 3/4 to the end of the season.

rem, in Jose's 4 wins, he managed to gain a big lead and sit happy,and throw insults at other teams.
now, with MUFC coming close and sitting on top of them, he has to go back to the manager's idiots' guide...
I just wish that MUFC can maintain their forms so that we can poke fun at them, with steam coming from their ears... -

I pity Sheva.. Imagine you are in his position right now.. confirm feels like shiet man..
