  Glazers' green light for transfers
  
  Sir Alex Ferguson has been told to seek out the ideal player by United's owners, the Glazer family, who will offer the Reds' boss their full financial backing.
  
  On Wednesday as United unveiled loan signing Henrik Larsson, Sir Alex again insisted, without going into detail, that there could be further activity in the January transfer window.
  
  It is likely that a midfielder would be top of the United manager's priorities as the Reds have plenty of options in defence and attack.
  
  And although Bayern Munich this week showed signs of loosening their so far iron grip on Owen Hargreaves, the Bundesliga champions will not allow the England international to leave without having a replacement at the ready.
  
  Whoever the manager chooses to go for - and it is at least likely that he has drawn up a list of possibilities - the Glazers are firmly behind him.
  
  "Manchester United is the richest club in the world," a Glazer family spokesman told PA.
  
  "If the manager feels that the right player is available, then Manchester United will always seek to secure him."

  Yah k good buy Simao then.. He would love to be under Queiroz and play alongside Ronaldo.. Quaresma looks like he got an attitude but he is another skilfull a55hole haha.. Get Gattuso or Kaka!
