frankly, I think Giggs will stay for another season and it will be for MUFC to find his natural successor...
realistically, we will definitely miss his flair.. in his heydays, if some of you still rem, how he demolish Gunners in the FA semi-finals replay, by dribbling the bal thru the whole defence to score..
Stewart Downing seems to be maturing but he did mention he won't want to come to United..
Frank Ribery seems good but being french, I bet his first choice would be the Gunners..
Nani was mentioned but somehow faded..
If MUFC were to look for someone, I do prefer him to be multi-dimensional like Ronaldo, so they can change their attacking sides to confuse the full-backs..
And that's hard to find.
As for those who even mentioned Lee Man Hon, ha ha, not funny leh. -
Bastian Schweinsteiger would be cool with his blistering long range bullets.
Would be a potential mouthful for incompetent commentators.

I've got a suggestion - sign Bale. Push Evra up as midfielder - take over Giggs.
Or, do away with left winger. Keep Ronaldo as winger on right or switch to left whenever required. Get someone good with crosses (imagine Beckham with left foot) to launch deadly crosses or switching plays whenever. Evra / Heniz overlapping (doubling up as wingers)....the successor can cut in whenever neccessary to provide pass or cross...can work too. -

but malouda is definitely overrated IMO. quaresma is best as a right winger, dun tink i c him play on the left b4. n'zogbia is a gem but not the finished product yet. simao is quite good but not really that good. ribery is oso good only on the right.
i will say for the time being, schweinsteiger, downing, robben n my fav left winger, VICENTE!!

It's hard to find someone like Giggs again.. Not in England I guess. At most Man U can find another right winger-Aaron Lennon? And push Ronaldo to the left? Richarson..hmm. I think he still has much to learn.
