This is the first time i'm sarpoting Neville's view.

Today's world of soccer involves money, money and lots of money.
Frankly speaking, if Pele or Maradona were to play till this date, their wages would probably reached a million a week! More so for Maradona cos he's a money-faced guy.

Looking at how LA Galaxy pay crazy money for someone who's well over 30, out of the National team and out of Club football(for the time being) is simply astonishing. Quit acting as if Beck's value as a footballer is high, you signed him business-wise eh Galaxy?
And players like Neill choosing West Ham over Liverpool becos "they treasured me better". WTF! if you were to choose between a 40k per week, no guarantee first team football but of higher club status and 70k per week, first team regular and relegation threatened side, which will you choose? Well, apparatly, some arse thinks that money is more important than prospect.

Agents are like blood-suckers. Whenever a player performs, they'll suck up to the player, unsettled him and "force" him to transfer club for the agent's commission benefit. I wouldn't be surprised if Ronaldo decides to leave United becos of his agent.
Cheers.
