Old Trafford boss Sir Alex Ferguson will hold high hopes of reaching his first final since 1999 after drawing dark horses Roma and facing a possible meeting with AC Milan or Bayern.
But Ferguson says United must be cautious: "We respect Roma's result against Lyon, they have great players like Daniele De Rossi and Mancini.
"Obviously we do not look beyond this game. We must concentrate on this game and we are looking forward to it.
"We have never played Roma before. That is the great excitement in Europe, playing teams you've never met." -

Roma captain Francesco Totti is better than Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo, according to Roma's acting president Rosella Sensi. The Eternal City giants are already warming up on and off the pitch for their Champions League quarter-finals against Manchester United.
Shortly after Friday's draw in Athens, Sensi, who is in day-to-day charge of the club owned by her father Franco, was keen to remind Sir Alex Ferguson about Roma's secret weapon. She said: "Totti is better than (Cristiano) Ronaldo."
Totti, 30, is having a fantastic campaign with the Romans and is currently Serie A's top scorer with 16 goals netted while 22-year-old Ronaldo has dazzled for United this season.
The Italian World Cup winner struck his fourth goal in Europe's elite competition this season against Lyon in midweek to put his team on their way to qualifying for the first time for the last eight of the competition in its current format.
The Giallorossi lost the final of the 1983-4 forerunner of the Champions League, the European Cup, on penalties to Liverpool at their home Stadio Olimpico. Totti is looking forward to another tough test against the Premier League leaders. "It's going to be a difficult tie," said Totti. "Once again we face a team that are favourites to reach the Champions League final. "We will need to face Man Utd with the same spirit that saw us beat Lyon.
"Man Utd have great talented players but the one I really like is Wayne Rooney." -

I think Italian Clubs are facing a difficult period due to the exodus of talents to the spanish league and Juventus dropping to another level.
Look at how Inter their league leaders struggling against Valencia.
That's gives hope to any team facing Italian clubs at the moment.
And MUFC do play different in Europe than in EPL. More technically sound and compact.
I do expect the score to be low but MUFC to go through.
And then with Saha back. it should be a welcome note. -
